We’re sorry that you’re having an issue with your SportShaker product. If your malfunctioning product is still within the 30 day guarantee period, and the issue was not caused by user error, or normal wear and tear, or anything not covered by our guarantee, we’d be happy to make things right.

To initiate a claim, please contact a customer representative at sales@sportshakerusa.com and we will reach out in 2 to 4 business days.


SportShaker products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper use, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. SportShaker shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your SportShaker product contains a defect, you may send the product to SportShaker for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first 30 days of purchase. Damaged products covered by our guarantee will be replaced with an item of comparable size and style if available, at SportShakers discretion. Any purchase outside of our website voids our guarantee. International requests are not covered within our guarantee policy. Only lower 48 states are covered by our guarantee.
